Julianne Schroeder found yoga for personal & professional reasons 5+ years ago and realized it was the missing link in helping clients really embody & experience acceptance & compassion for themselves. Since then, she dove into learning & integrating instrumental yogic principles breathwork, asana (poses), meditation, mantras & more into work with her clients.
While yoga can have a rap for being too “woo-woo” hippie-dippy, Julianne loves educating others on how scientifically psychotherapeutic yoga is a no-brainer for helping alleviate mental health concerns (cheesy pun intended).
She’s all about balance in mind, body, and relationships, with specialties in anxiety & burnout, codependency & other relationship issues, disordered eating & body image concerns, perfectionism, and general self-esteem issues.
When not working with clients on the couch or on their mats, you can find Julianne in search of her next outdoor adventure, drinking (too) much coffee, working on her latest creative endeavor “The Everyday Therapy Podcast”, and spending time with loved ones.
